Use it as a soy sauce to add a hidden flavor to your dishes, or combine it with vinegar or yuzu to make a ponzu sauce or dressing! The ultimate seasoning that pursues natural umami, and is also used by professional chefs. It is a product jointly developed with Fukui Prefectural University and has acquired Halal certification.
